We are currently seeking an experienced relationship manager to oversee and directly manage key relationships within our Accounting & Finance team.
The ideal candidate for this position will have more than 5 years of experience working in Accounting & Financial talent acquisition services within the NSW market, with a key focus on Mid-tier and BIG4 firms.
Client Managers are exclusively responsible for managing relationships with our agency's key clients. The primary focus of this role will be to manage the ongoing recruitment needs for each individual business. Client Managers are the direct point of contact for all clients and are an intermediary between the Principal Consultants and their respective Supervisors.
Client Managers work with a range of different level stakeholders from local management, Human Resources to the C-Suite executives.
Client Managers work with a variety of privately owned and publicly-listed organisations throughout a range of different key verticals typically that are relevant to their prior industry experience and within sectors that align with their tertiary qualifications.
